Mr. James Mutrie is a consultant to JKK. His solid theoretical background is reflected in the numerous structural analysis and design computer programs that he has developed. He also has over 42 years of practical experience on various projects and has been project engineer on some of the more significant architectural projects in Vancouver, and B.C. Jim retired from JKK after 23 years as a partner in the company.
